Adding form of payment

To add form of payment:

1. In advance, the corresponding form must be ordered from the finance department and set up at: https://www.is.ut.ee/avalik/conference/admin/
2. You will then receive a unique web address for your payment form – nt https://www.is.ut.ee/avalik/conference/?conferenceId=001
3. The given address can be added to Sisu@UT with a link or as a button. You may use Button block for it.
