Webinars

The university offers BigBlueButton (BBB), Zoom Meetings and MS Teams Meeting applications for conducting webinars. Recommended limit numbers of participants given in the application documentation:

• BigBlueButton – up to 100
• Zoom Meetings – up to 300 (NB! One moderator can use a maximum of two Zoom sessions created by him/her at the same time)
• Zoom Webinar – In addition to Zoom Meetings licenses, the university has two Zoom Webinar licenses for 500 participants and one Zoom Webinars & Events license for 1,000 participants (to use them, contact arvutiabi@ut.ee)
• MS Teams Meeting – up to 300
