Registration

Registration will open on January 15 at 11 a.m according to Estonian time and close on April 15. Registration is arranged through this website (no emailing is needed) with a special application form – see below. Before filling the registration form please read about the workshops and choose one for each day!  Registration form includes marking the checks about workshop preferences.

REGISTRATION HAS COMPLETED, THE EVENT IS FULL!  If anybody will free her place we will announce about that and reopen the application form.

The price 550€ (for non-members of Gavstrik the price is 580€!) includes :

• 5 lunches, 6 dinners (If you have extreme allergies and your diet is not mentioned in the provided list, you need to bring your own supplies; catering fee is still charged);
• coffee breaks during the workshops;
• 4 workshops of 3 h or 6 h per day, during 4 days;
• materials and print-outs needed in the workshops;
• evening lectures and other official activities listed in the programme;
• ticket to the Kondas Naive Art Centre (June 30);
• ticket to the tour at Viljandi Traditional Music Centre (June 30);
• private bus from Viljandi to Tallinn on 1st of July

The price does not include:

• accommodation;
• travel from Tallinn to Viljandi;
• tour to the Estonian National Museum on Thursday (it will be charged extra 40€)

Participants will receive the bill during 3 weeks after registration, and which needs to be payed within 2 weeks. Unfortunately we can’t enable PayPal or credit card payments, the participation fee can be paid via e-bank or bank office.

NB! Cancellations before May 15 will get 50% reimbursement. Cancellations after May 15 do not get reimbursement.
