Accommodation

The participants of the symposium will be accommodated in two major hotels of Viljandi that are both 5 minutes walk away from the Sakala centre. Every participant is guaranteed to have one bed.

Please be aware that you have to book into the hotel by yourself AFTER registration to the symposium!

The prices of the rooms depend on the room size. We have prebooked all the rooms needed for the symposium and the prices have been specially reduced for us, you just have to register to the symposium first, then choose the hotel, book and pay on your own. In order to avoid inconveniences, we kindly ask not to include extra accompany (husbands, friends, children) in the first place! After all participants have registered then it would be possible to gain more space.

Single room – 59.00 €/night (normally 79.00 €/night)

 DBL/TWIN room – 74.00 €/night (normally 99.00 €/night)

 The price of accommodation includes a buffet breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant and morning sauna.

2. Centrum Hotel http://centrum.ee/en/

All rooms in Centrum Hotel are booked!

Prices of the rooms for our participants:

Suite – 88€/night (normally 98€)

Triple room – 78€/night (normally 87€)

DBL/TWIN room – standard 59€/night (normally 66€), comfort 66€/night /normally 74€)

Single room – standard 48€/night /normally 53€), comfort 54€/night (normally 60€)

The price of accommodation includes a buffet breakfast.
