E2. Proteomics core facility

The proteomics core facility (associated with Group 2) is currently functioning very successfully and is providing protein analysis and proteomics services for Estonian academic and industrial partners. Most of the proteomic analyses in Estonia are performed in this facility. It also has clients from foreign countries. To keep its high standards the facility needs constant upgrades and introduction of new methods. CEMCE would need the proteomics core facility services in all of the WPs listed above. It also would combine a considerable competence that will be used for development of the facility.
