E1. Synthetic biology core facility

This facility will provide services for DNA manipulations, gene expression systems design and cell cultivation. The research groups of the consortium are currently already collaborating with several industrial partners. The core facility is expected to provide a structured list of services for the potential partners increasing the impact and visibility of the research. It will be a considerable extension of the current core facility that provides construction and production services of virus based vector systems (associated with Group 5).
