Registration

To register, please fill out the registration form. After filling out the form, you will be directed to the payment options. You can pay with credit card or via bank transfer.

• Registration fees (including the congress materials, all coffee breaks and receptions on 19.08 and 21.08):
  • On-site participation: early bird (until April 30th) 250 €, starting from May 1st 300 €
  • Online participation: early bird (until April 30th) 100 €, starting from May 1st 150 €
• For additional fees see guided tours and excursions.

Registration deadline is June 30th 2025. However, if you plan to participate in one of the excursions or guided tours please register by June 1st. Please note that your abstract won’t be public before registration (including payment).

Note for the University of Tartu employees: If you have a project at the University of Tartu from which the participation fee can be paid, please enter the information of the financial source in the comment field of the registration form. We will then issue an internal invoice for the source by ourselves.

If you need an invitation letter for a visa application please find out the requirements of the embassy where you will apply and contact us cifu14@ut.ee. It is not possible to issue visa invitations to citizens of Russia and Belarus. Online participation is welcome.
