Accommodation
Tartu offers a broad range of accommodation options, most of which are within easy walking distance of the conference venue and the historical city centre. A wide range of accommodation options is available in Tartu. We have listed some of them below but many additional options can be found using any of the booking sites such as Booking.com or Airbnb.
- Hotell Lydia is a superior hotel located in the very heart of Old Town on the slope of Toome Hill. The hotel also has a small spa and a restaurant which has repeatedly been nominated as one of the best restaurants in the Nordics by White Guide Nordic. Distance from the main conference venue: 300m
- V Spa & Conference Hotel is a spa hotel with superior and deluxe rooms conveniently located in the city centre. It features a sauna and wellness centre, accommodation can be booked with or without access to the spa centre. Distance from the main conference venue: 800m
- Dorpat Hotel is situated on the banks of the Emajõgi River. It is adjacent to the bus station and the Tasku shopping center but within walking distance. Distance from the main conference venue: 1 km
- Art Hotel Pallas offers comfortable accommodation in the downtown of Tartu. Distance from the main conference venue: 750m
- Hotel Soho is a hotel conveniently located in Tartu’s Old Town, close to the Town Hall Square and the University Main Building. The hotel features 60 rooms on four floors overlooking the streets of the Old Town or a quiet yard. Distance from the main conference venue: 500m
- Hotel Tartu is located conveniently close to the bus station and the Tasku shopping centre. It features over 70 modern-style rooms. Distance from the main conference venue: 1.1km
- Tampere House is a cosy guesthouse situated in the Old Town. Enjoy home-style accommodation in a 17-century wooden-timber dwelling. Tampere House has just six rooms, of which three are twin/double, three are for groups. Distance from the main conference venue: 700m

Please note: As Tartu will be the European Capital of Culture in 2024, accommodation at the time of the conference will be in high demand. Therefore, we recommend that you arrange your accommodation as soon as possible after being accepted to the conference! Additionally, note the special offer deadlines in the following table.
