Future Skills

The term generic skills is used in parallel with several others: transferable skills, future skills, employability skills, 21st-century skills, etc. In Estonia, mainly transferable skills and generic skills are used. Our career hub uses the term future skills to present a selection of generic skills that help you cope in the changing world.
