Internship Opportunities Abroad
Several international organisations are engaged with mediating student internships and study opportunities.
NB! When going for an internship through a private company, it is important to carefully read through the contract before signing and think if this is an opportunity, where you can actually apply your field specific as well as future skills. For example – if at first, a conversation is held, whereby it is promised you can choose the place of internship and the field area, then make sure this is also stated in the contract. If the contract is very general, propose yourself to add the necessary clauses into it. Some countries may require a working permit to complete an internship at a company, therefore, definitely look for this information beforehand.
