During the Internship

Your internship is a process where:

1. You have to make sure you are following the aims agreed upon and tasks set up. These pillars form a basis for development.
2. Find solutions to the problems and questions that came up during the internship.
3. Ask feedback from your supervisor (constructive, so you’ll have something to learn from).
4. ANALYZE your activities (study journal, STARR method).
5. Summarize your internship and give an evaluation.
