Radicalisation: Entering, Exiting, and Preventing Extremism
Solving sensitive situations – interview with Lynn Davies
During the pilot study “Extremism in the Classroom: Discussion Topics and the Experience and Self-analysis of Estonian Teachers,” several Estonian teachers highlighted their experiences in solving sensitive situations. Some of the experiences were presented to Lynn Davies, who reflected on them and feedbacked them.
Lynn Davies is the founder of ConnectFutures, a non-governmental organization, and a professor at the University of Birmingham. In her research, she has been involved in the terrorism studies, including assessing the impact of methods that should support the prevention of extremism in the classroom.
