4.5.1. The Livonian flag
The picture shows the green, white, and blue Livonian flag.
The creation of the Livonian flag in 1923 is connected with the Livonian Union, a Livonian community organization founded that same year. The Livonian flag, similar in its proportions to the Latvian national flag, was consecrated on November 18, 1923, at Irē church manor.
