Kava/Programme

Sarja seitsmeteistkümnes kultuuriõhtu keskendub Iraani  uue aasta pidustuste tutvustamisele. Võõrustajateks on TÜ töötajad ja üliõpilased Iraanist koos TÜ personaliosakonna ja Tartu loodusmaja inimestega. Õhtusöögil saab proovida Iraani toite ja jooke. Teil on võimalus valida kahe õpitoa vahel: toiduvalmistamise õpituba ja Iraani kuulsamaid poeete ja poeesiat tutvustav õpituba. Ürituse lõpus ootab kõiki osalejaid lõbus üllatus. Me tähistame Iraani uut aastat, seega palun riietuga vastavalt ja võtke kaasa hea tuju.
 

The seventhteenth event in the series will introduce multifaceted Iranian culture. The event is hosted by the UT staff and students from Iran, together with UT Human Resources Office and Tartu Nature House. You will have a chance to learn interesting facts about Iran and the traditions of celebrating the new year in Iran. You can learn how to cook some delicious traditional Iranian food or participate in a workshop about the most famous Iranian poets and poetry. You will be offered traditional Iranian sweets, beverages, and dinner, and we will have a fun surprise for you at the end of the event. We celebrate the Iranian new year “Nowruz”, so please dress up, bring a good mood and smiley faces.

Osalemine/Participation

Oodatud on huvilised igas vanuses! Õhtu on inglise keeles. Ürituse osalustasu on 5 eurot, alla 10 a lapsed osalevad tasuta. Registreerumiseks saatke palun e-kiri aadressile sirli.urbas@ut.ee osaleda soovija(te) nime(de)ga. Registreerumisel andke palun teada kummas õpitoas soovite osaleda. Kohtade arv on piiratud, kui grupp on täis, saadame teile teate, et olete õpitoa järjekorras. Registreerumise tähtaeg on 16.03.2022 või kuni kohad on täis. Küsimuste korral ja lisainfo saamiseks palun võtke ühendust Sirli Urbasega (sirli.urbas@ut.ee).

Seoses Corona viiruse levikuga – üritusele ootame vaktsineeritud või haiguse läbipõdenud osalejaid. Palun ole hea ja osale üritusel maskiga. Kui oled haige, jää palun koju. See palve on kõigi meie turvalisuse huvides.

Everybody is welcome, regardless of age! Seminar will be held in English. The event is free for kids under age 10 and costs 5 euros for others. For registration, please send an e-mail to sirli.urbas@ut.ee with the participant’s name(s) and the preferred workshop name. If the group is completed, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that you are on the waiting list. We will notify you if there are vacancies due to cancellation. The deadline for registration is 16.03.2022 or until places are full. For any further information, please contact, Sirli Urbas (sirli.urbas@ut.ee).

Regarding the spread of Coronavirus – We expect participants of the event to be vaccinated against or recovered from Covid-19. Please wear a mask during the event. Please stay home if you are unwell. This is for the safety of all of us.

Fotosid ei anta kolmandatele isikutele ega kasutata kommertseesmärkidel. Kui te ei soovi, et teid või teie alaealisi lapsi pildistataks, palun öelge seda enne sündmuse toimumist korraldajale. Korraldajad ei võta vastutust teiste sündmusel osalejate poolt tehtud fotode ning nende kasutamise eest. / During our events organizers might take photos and publish them (print, web, social media) in connection with the University of Tartu. The photos will not be given to third parties and they will not be used commercially. If you do not agree with your picture (or photo of your child) being taken please tell us at the beginning of each event. Organizers are not responsible for photos and their use, taken by participants of the event.
• Oleme tänulikud, kui registreerite sündmusele kõik inimesed, kes teiega kaasa tulevad ning annate meile teada, kui osalemise tühistate. See aitab meil sündmusi paremini planeerida. / We appreciate you to enroll all of the people who you wish to bring along and please let us know if you have to cancel your participation. This helps us to plan our events and costs better.
• Registreeringu tühistamise või üritusele tulemata jätmise korral ei tagastata makstud osalustasu. / In case of a cancellation or failure to attend, the participation fee will not reimbursed.
• Me ei planeeri riskantseid tegevusi, ent osalemine on ikkagi omal vastutusel. Palume lastega tulijatel neil ise silm peal hoida. Anname oma parima, et sündmused sujuksid kenasti, kuid TÜ ega Tartu loodusmaja ei vastuta ettenägematute probleemsete juhtumite eest (vargus, vigastus jmt). / We don’t plan dangerous activities but participation is still at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children and are expected to supervise them. Claims against University of Tartu or a member of staff regarding liability for theft, personal injury or property damage are expressly excluded.
