Registration and fees

The conference registration is now open. For registration, please fill out the registration form.

Conference fees:

	Early Bird rate until April 30	Regular rate May 1 to June 15
Full fee	390 EUR	500 EUR
Reduced fee (students)	290 EUR	400 EUR

The registration deadline is June 15, 2024.

The conference fee includes the following: coffee/tea breaks, lunches on Wednesday and Thursday, excursion at the welcome reception venue, welcome reception and gala dinner.

You can book your accommodation via the registration form (Hotel Dorpat) or book the hotel independently; for options, see https://visittartu.com/stay.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS

1.   All cancellations must be sent in written way to the Conference Secretariat: tartumvs@ut.ee
2.   The following refund policy applies in case of cancellation:

•   100% of the participation fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received before May 15th, 2024 (excl. bank transfer fees);
•   50% of the participation fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received from May 15th to May 31st, 2024 (excl. bank transfer fees);
•   No refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received after May 31st, 2024.
