Project activities

This project lasted 2,5 years and included different activities from project management to content work and publication. Project started on September 1st 2020 and will end on December 31st 2022. Throughout the project period have been organised project management meetings which included different topics from partnership agreements, work arrangement with intellectual outputs, etc.

There were planned two Learning Training Activities but due to project work, content needs and COVID19 were organised one virtual Learning Training Activity which took place on September 27th and 28th and October 4th and October 5th 2021. 


Content work with Intellectual outputs lasted from January 1st 2021 till November 20th 2022 and during this period: 1) were created Situation scans about accessible tourism in Estonia, Latvia and Belgium; 2) were organised and implemented prototyping of museums and tourism services in field organisations of the project; 3) was developed e-handbook about guidelines to develop tourism services accessible for mentally impaired people and 4) was developed assessment tool to evaluate the accessibility of tourism services (published in e-handbook).

Important part of the project was dissemination activities which included different activities from partners: sharing information about the project via different channels. In the end of the project there were organised multiplier events to present the main results of the project.
