This film contains original survival testimonies from Roma who witnessed and survived atrocities during the Holocaust, which are presented parallel to experts discussing the profound destruction of the Holocaust inflicting on the Roma community and the nature of collective trauma that persists until today. Besides the historical message, the film powerfully highlights the similarities between past discrimination and contemporary forms of injustice that Roma face throughout Europe.
