LIFT Project at EAPRIL Spotlight Symposium
EAPRIL 2025 Conference will host a spotlight symposium titled “Lesson Study as an Innovative Learning Approach in Future Teacher Education Throughout Europe”. The session is chaired by professor Margus Pedaste from the University of Tartu with Dr James Calleja from the University of Malta as the session discussant.
The symposium will feature three interconnected presentations:
- The Lesson Study in Initial Teacher Education
- LEAP week and blueprint as tools for implementing Lesson Study in initial teacher education
- Building of lesson study community to reach out teacher education institutions in Europe
This symposium explores how Lesson Study is being used to transform initial teacher education across Europe by promoting collaboration, professional growth, and evidence-based practice.
