Application & registration

Application deadline has been extended to 15 June, 2026.

Prospective participants should send the application form to Wolf D. Geppert (wgeppert@fysik.su.se). Application should include (a) a short CV (max 2 pages), (b) a motivation letter (only students from Estonian universities), and (c) a publication list (if applicable). Applicants will be informed about the outcome in due course after the application deadline.

Students from Estonian universities are exempt from the registration fee. To benefit from this, please fill in the application form to secure your spot!

Confirmed registration and payment deadline is 30th June, 2026. After your application is accepted, you will be sent more detailed information about registration and payment. You can find the page for payment here.

Participation fees

Participation fee includes:
– Accommodation
– Meals (coffee breaks and lunch)
– Dinner
– Excursion

The following summer school participation fees apply (prices in EUR)

For students from Estonian universities, accommodation and meals will be free. Travel is not subsidized.
