Why women become teachers and men don’t?

Why do more women become teachers than men? Why are there fewer male teachers in Eastern Europe than in the Nordic countries? And how does it happen that even in the drought of male teachers, there are a lot of men among the school heads? We sought answers to these questions with Czech scientist Nina Fárová.
