1. Impact of masculinity and femininity on individuals and socities.

2. Overview of ways how genders are socialized in the socities.

3. Lows of gender socialization – gender pay gap, glass ceilings, and toxic masculinity

Outcome:

1. Participants understand how gender is socialized. 

2. Participants can see the highs and lows of gender stereotypes.
