Participation fee and meals

Conference participation fee is 15€ (includes coffee breaks, presentations and translation).
The dinner and lunches can be pre-ordered via the registration form. All meals include 2 options – with meat or vegan (vegan preference has to be chosen in the registration form).
Participation fee with formal dinner is 40€ (studend discound 35€).
The participation fee and dinner can be paid accoding to an invoice. The invoices will regularly be sent to private persons. In case you need the invoice for a legal person, insert the information to the registration form.

The lunch ordered for the group, can be eaten at the Traditional Music Centre cafe. Please note down the lunch preferences at the registration form. Lunch steak is 6€ and soup is 4€. The payments for lunch are made at the cafe (both, cash and card payments are accepted).

Venue and other information

Venue of the conference – Viljandi, Tasuja pst 6 (Estonian Traditional Music Center).
Location of Vilma building and wool mill – Viljandi, Turu 7 (tour to the wool mill for pre-registrants).

What to bring? Come dressed in wool. Bring along a notebook and pen for taking notes.
Participants of the spinning contest are required to bring along their own spinning wheel. The wool is provided by the organizers.
