IMCEERES Digital Programme Guide
Year 2, Semester 1 (Third Mobility University)
The third mobility is the final teaching period of the double degree programme. Third mobilities are determined by thesis topics. Depending on mobility allocations, students will complete modules worth 30 ECTS at one of the following institutions:
- Babeș-Bolyai University, Romania
- Ilia State University, Georgia
- Jagiellonian University, Poland
- KIMEP University, Kazakhstan
- University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, we regret that many forms of cooperation with our Russian partner university are no longer possible. This is a result of economic sanctions and also decisions by the University of Glasgow and the University of Tartu to sever institutional cooperation with Russian universities as a consequence of the war. This means, unfortunately, that IMCEERES students will not be able to travel to Russia for their third mobility. The Russian pathway can be completed at one of our other consortium partners.
Use the ‘Partners’ tab in the main menu on the left to find more information about each partner university.
In order to further embed employability and transferable skills, and to increase practical, regional experience, all third mobilities are accompanied by a credit-bearing placement. All students are no longer required to take language options in the second year. However, language modules can be chosen where available.
