If you feel that you are in a crisis and need immediate help, please turn to the Psychiatry Clinic of Tartu University Hospital offering emergency reception 24 h. Address: Raja str 31, phone: +372 731 8889
Additional services are available:

University of Tartu Counselling Centre offers career and psychological counselling, advice regarding the organisation of studies, support for students with special needs, peer tutor training and supportive seminars to students of all levels.
University of Tartu Library offers guidelines and courses on research support and user training, including how to carry out information searches efficiently, how to use databases, and reference managers
The Centre for Academic Writing and Communication offers resources and support on developing writing and communication skills
Family doctor health line – medical counselling primarily intended to provide advice on minor health problems and guidance on first aid, available in Estonian and Russian for 24/7, in English daily from 15:00-17:00 – 1220
In case of CEERES students who stay in Tartu for one semester, it is possible to request an appointment without being registered to the doctor’s directory, or to turn to paid health services providers, such as Confido Raatuse Clinic, which offers paid health services to all clients, including national of foreign countries.
NB! International Students are not covered by Estonian Health Board, meaning that the use of medical services can require payment, compensation should be sought through the private medical insurance available to all CEERES students.

If the student cannot or does not want to get a place in the student dorms, they can seek advice on how to find private housing through the Tartu Welcome Centre.
