31 October 2024: Meeting with the CEERES consortium partners
27 January 2025, 10:00 GMT: Submission of MA thesis proposal
10 February 2025: Students’ Semester 3 mobility track confirmed
mid-March 2025: Confirmation from Coordinator of Year 2 supervisors
March 2025–June 2026: Independent work on thesis and regular consultation meetings with supervisors
30 June 2026: Submission of full draft of thesis for pre-approval from supervisors
15 July 2026: Final feedback from supervisors
15 July–24 August 2026: Independent work to finalise thesis based on feedback
24 August 2026: Submission of final MA thesis
Within 1 month of submission of the thesis: Review of MA thesis review by 3 experts from consortium partners
Within 1 month of submission of the thesis: MA thesis oral defence
