Year 1, semester 1 at the University of Tartu

• 25 – 29 Aug 2025: International Orientation Week in Tartu
• 25 – 26 Aug 2025: Information meetings for CEERES students
• 1 Sept 2025: Start of Semester 1 teaching
• 21 Oct 2025: Meeting with Consortium Double Degree partners
• 3 Oct 2025: Deadline for choosing year 1, semester 2 course options
• 19 Dec 2025: End of Semester 1 teaching

Year 1, semester 2 at the University of Glasgow

• 12 Jan 2026: Start of semester 2 teaching
• 26 Jan 2026 (10:00 GMT): Deadline for students to submit draft dissertation proposal
• 27 March 2026: Final day of semester 2 teaching
• 27 April – 22 May 2026: Examination period (for language options)
• 25 – 30 May 2026: Summer school

Year 2, semester 1 at Third Mobility Partner University

All semester dates, including dates for exams and oral defences of dissertations will be confirmed and communicated to students in 2025.

• Late October/early November 2027 – Communication of EM IMCEERES students’ final degree results
• Late November/early December 2027 – Official Graduation Ceremony at the University of Glasgow (joint degree award and Tartu parchment)
