- Kadri Härginen defended her doctoral thesis “Due diligence obligations of a contracting authority under the EU public procurement law”

- „The Constitutional Review of Legal Provisions Related to European Union Law“ (“ Põhiseaduslikkuse järelevalve Euroopa Liidu õigusega seotud normide üle”) by Katariina Kuum

- We published different articles, from which we would highlight:
- Dr Carri Ginter’s and Piret Schasmin’s article about understanding and impact of EU directives was published in a Latvian legal journal
- Dr Carri Ginter and Piret Schasmin published an article in Ukrainian in the leading Ukrainian law journal on the approximation of the Ukrainian legal system to European standards
- Dr Carri Ginter and Dr Kaido Künnapas have published an article on plan to introduce a car tax (in public media)
- Mario Sõrm, Dr Carri Ginter and Dr Mari Ann Simovart have published an article in Public Procurement Law Review
