On March 10th, the Estonian Lawyers’ Union is hosting a virtual event on key judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union in 2022 and its role as a guardian of personal data protection. Dr Carri Ginter is taking part in a panel discussion as a panelist. The discussion touches upon data protection, state liability, refugee law, consumer protection, advertising of medicinal products and other topics.
