Carri Ginter contributed to European Account Preservation Order. A multi-jurisdictional guide with commentary

This recently published book delves into the European Account Preservation Order (EAPO), providing a comprehensive, cross-jurisdictional analysis of the Regulation. It explores how the EAPO has been implemented by legislatures and applied by courts across the 26 EU Member States (excluding Denmark). Notably, it builds upon the research conducted by the EFFORTS project.
