Dr. Carri Ginter in “Critical competences for human centred justice” conference

Our team member Dr. Carri Ginter participated in the National Conference of law professionals “Critical competencies for human centred justice” which took place in Orhei, Moldova. Dr Ginter was a reference speaker at a panel discussion, where he introduced the digitalization of the Estonian court system. The main questions answered during his presentation were: 

• How e-Justice ensures transparent, user-friendly, and efficient rule of law in Estonia?

• Is e-justice budget friendly?

• How does it respond to the needs of subnational interoperability?
