ESM Legal Conference: Reflecting on Pringle, a decade of ESM Court Decisions

The European Stability Mechanism (ESM) is organizing a legal conference to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Pringle judgment, a significant litigation involving the ESM. The conference will be held on June 30, 2023, at the ESM’s headquarters in Luxembourg and will also be streamed online.

Distinguished speakers from both practice and academia will discuss relevant cases and their impact on the EU institutional framework, with a focus on crises as a catalyst for change.

Dr Ginter will be speaking at the second panel, titled “National Dimension”, which will be moderated by John Goossen (ESM) and will include speakers such as Samo Bardutzky (University of Ljubljana), Suzanne Kingston (Judge at the General Court), Alexander Thiele (BSP Business and Law School in Berlin) and Claudia Wutscher (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
