Dr Carri Ginter, Mari-Ann Simovart and Mario Sõrm participated in 9th International Public Procurement Conference. They contributed on the topic of “make or buy?”, offering insights into duties of diligence, regulatory gaps and conflicting feelings about some recent CJEU case-law. They discussed how our research can help shape more efficient and transparent procurement systems.
