Carri Ginter on the CJEU judgement regarding the anti-money-laundering directive
On the 25th of November, Carri Ginter appeared on the podcast Uudis+, where he commented on the possible consequences of a recent CJEU judgement. In the judgement mentioned above, the CJEU stated that the provision of the anti-money-laundering directive provision whereby the information on the beneficial ownership of companies incorporated within the territory of the Member States is accessible in all cases to any member of the general public is invalid.
