This page collects the lecture slides from the R workshop – Exploring the variability of the immune responses, held at the University of Tartu from 17-20.06.2025, The course was led by experts from Institut Pasteur. The course was targeted at early career researchers to help them improve their immunology data analysis skills. During the course participants got to learn about Data wrangling, visualization, PCA (Principal Cluster Analysis) & Clustering, Statistical tests and linear models. In addition there were lectures covering real life application of these principals in the Milieu Interior study cohort.
