R immunology data workshop announcement

As part of the SysAge project’s mission to build excellence in systems immunology and healthy ageing research, we’re excited to host a 4-day hands-on R programming workshop in Tartu, Estonia.

This course is designed for early-career researchers—especially Master’s and PhD students, who want to strengthen their computational skills and apply modern data analysis techniques to immunology datasets. Participants will engage with real-world data and learn from leading experts from Institut Pasteur, including researchers from the Milieu Intérieur project, which is known for its important work in human immunology.

We’re looking forward to welcoming participants from Tartu and beyond for what promises to be a valuable and collaborative learning experience in the field of computational immunology!
