Teacher trainers perspective
As a teacher educator, taking part of international exchange, you are getting familiar with other countries’ educational systems and professional approaches. This makes it possible to extend your network of personal and professional international contacts and helps to understand that policies in your own schools or educational organizations might need some refining. During an exchange period, you will learn how to express yourself professionally in a multicultural and diverse environment and to get familiar with the experiences of “otherness”. These experiences will help you to gain intercultural competencies and understand diverse learners.
