Opportunities and solutions

Significant problems show that education has become in the Middle East, North Africa and the Arab region a very low-quality service, for which the majority of the population has no alternative. The solutions would be greater decentralization of education, reduction of segregation, focusing on the individual students and their skills, and consideration of the needs of the labor market.
