Venue

The 2024 conference takes place in Tartu, which is also a European Capital of Culture. There are plenty of events taking place the whole year, and you would most welcome to browse their event calendar which is updated daily. However, please note that these events are not part of the conference.

LOCATION

The conference will take place in the V Spa Hotel and Conference Centre, very close to the city centre. All hotels are nicely within a 10 minute walk distances.

The main entrance is at the corner of Aleksander and Soola streets. The centre itself is located on the second floor of the hotel, with entrance through the street level hotel lobby.

Guests arriving by car have the option to park in the underground parking levels P1 or P2 of Kvartal Centre. Access to the parking area is available from both Turu and Soola streets. The parking facility operates automatically and is open 24/7, with fees in accordance with the pricing list of Kvartal Centre. For those arriving from the parking lot, we kindly ask you to use the V Spa Hotel’s elevator to reach the second floor.
