Part 1 The Impact and Importance of Information Technology in the Development of Preschool Children

In this Part of the module, we will learn about and reflect on how technology can impact the development of children ages 0-8. We will also discuss the benefits and challenges of raising children in today’s digital age. We will reflect on the balance of children’s weekly activities and how they can (or cannot) use technology to enhance them. We will learn about important early childhood skills called executive functioning skills and will think about the role of technology in children’s development.
