To sort them by topics, you can create different folders. Click on the far left folder icon (<em>New Collection<\/em>) on the upper tool bar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-95 size-full\" title=\"zotero.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/339\/new-folder.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"196\" height=\"84\"><\/p>\n<p>In <em>My Library<\/em> view, drag the records which you need from the list into the collection. All items will also remain in <em>My Library.<\/em> Although the items\u00a0are located both in the collection and in <em>My Library<\/em>, they are not treated as double records.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Records\u00a0can be deleted <\/strong>in the <em>My Library<\/em> view (right-click on the selected items and <em>Move Items to Trash<\/em>). An item deleted from a special collection\u00a0on some certain topic (right click on the record, <em>Delete Item<\/em>) will be deleted only from this collection, it will remain in <em>My Library<\/em>. Viewing <em>My Library,<\/em> you can see all the collections\u00a0which contain this record. Click on the record\u00a0and then\u00a0press the Control key. The collection which contains the record\u00a0will be coloured yellow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To delete double items<\/strong>, click <em>Duplicate Items<\/em> on the left-hand menu.<\/p>\n<p>The middle window will display double items. You can choose which version to keep in the right-hand window. By clicking on the date, you can see more specific data.
