{"id":6,"date":"2024-04-04T08:40:06","date_gmt":"2024-04-04T05:40:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/v66rliikidejakliimamuutustem6ju\/edna-sadamaseires\/"},"modified":"2024-04-09T15:44:10","modified_gmt":"2024-04-09T12:44:10","slug":"edna-sadamaseires","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/v66rliikidejakliimamuutustem6ju\/edna-sadamaseires\/","title":{"rendered":"eDNA ja v\u00e4ikesadamate v\u00f5\u00f5rliikide uuringud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>eDNA meetodi arendamine sadamate bioloogilise seire jaoks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>eDNA p\u00f5hise v\u00f5\u00f5rliikide seires kasutatakse liikidele iseloomulike markergeeni esinemise m\u00e4\u00e4ramist merevee proovides.\u00a0Liigile omase markeri esinemist m\u00e4\u00e4raktakse kvatitatiivse PCR anal\u00fc\u00fcsi abil tuvastades ~100 nukleotiidse j\u00e4rjestuse olemasolu. Veeproovid kogutakse riskiala erinevatest piirkondades. Projekti tulemusena luuakse meetod, mida on v\u00f5imalik rakendada uute v\u00f5\u00f5rliikide riskialadel Eestis. Uus teave panustab oluliselt v\u00f5\u00f5rliikide seire temaatika globaalsesse arengusse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aastal 2022 koguti eDNA proove ja proovid on hetkel anal\u00fc\u00fcsimisel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aastal 2023 testitakse v\u00f5\u00f5rliikide esinemise metoodikat kasvuplaatidel v\u00e4hemalt kahes Eesti v\u00e4ikesadamas (nt K\u00f5iguste sadam). Kasutatakse HELCOMi v\u00e4ljat\u00f6\u00f6datud\u00a0metoodika toimimist Eesti rannikumeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b><span lang=\"ET\">V\u00f5\u00f5rliikide seire kunstsubstraadi paneelidega<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inimtegevuse tagaj\u00e4rjel toimuv v\u00f5\u00f5rliikide sissetoomine merekeskkonda on \u00fclemaailmne probleem. Peamised esmased vektorid on meretransport, kus v\u00f5\u00f5rliikide transport toimub ballastvee v\u00f5i laevakere pealiskasvuga. Liikide edasine levik v\u00f5ib toimuda ka v\u00e4ikelaevade ja purjekatega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadamad on olulised v\u00f5\u00f5rliikide leiupaigad. Esmane invasioon toimub suurtes sadamates ookeani\u00fcleste kaubalaevade, kruiisilaevade, parvlaevade v\u00f5i merev\u00e4e laevade kaudu.
