{"id":617,"date":"2025-03-14T11:39:26","date_gmt":"2025-03-14T09:39:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/transportplanning\/?page_id=617"},"modified":"2025-05-09T02:02:48","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T23:02:48","slug":"loengud-2025","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sisu.ut.ee\/transportplanning\/loengud-2025\/?lang=et","title":{"rendered":"Loengud 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Avalik veebiloengute sari \u201cLiikuvusanal\u00fc\u00fcs ja planeerimine inimm\u00f5\u00f5tmeliste linnade jaoks\u201d 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tartu \u00dclikooli mobiilsusuuringute labori korraldatud loengusari otsib vastust k\u00fcsimustele, kuidas toetada sotsiaalselt ja keskkondlikult j\u00e4tkusuutliku liikuvuse ja kestliku linnaruumi\u00a0kujundamist liikuvusanal\u00fc\u00fcsi ja transpordiplaneerimise kaudu ning toetada uue p\u00f5lvkonna ekspertide j\u00e4relkasvu. Loengud k\u00e4sitlevad transpordipoliitikat ja liikuvusega seotud strateegilist ja ruumilist planeerimist, sotsiaalse muutuse juhtimist, transpordi ja liikuvuse\u00a0sotsiaalseid, keskkonna- ja terviseaspekte,\u00a0k\u00e4ttesaadavuse kontseptsiooni, liikumisviide erip\u00e4rasid ja l\u00f5imimist ning uusi andmekogusid ja meetodeid liikuvusanal\u00fc\u00fcsis ja transpordiplaneerimises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2025. aastal toimus loengusari neljandat korda ning k\u00f5ik senised loengud on j\u00e4relevaadatavad. Pille avab senist praktikat, mil viisil on kasutatud planeeringutes liikuvusuuringute tulemusi ning kas ja kuidas liikuvusandmed planeeringuprotsesse m\u00f5jutavad. Olles koostanud sadakond omavalitsuse \u00fcldplaneeringut ja k\u00fcmneid riigi tasandi planeeringuid, omab Pille mitmek\u00fclgset kogemust ruumilises planeerimises ja on Eesti juhtivaid ruumilisi planeerijaid. Arengustrateegia \u201eTallinn 2035\u201c s\u00f5nastab: Tallinna j\u00e4tkusuutliku linnaliikuvuse selgrooks on r\u00f6\u00f6bastransport. Tallinna arengu v\u00f5tmek\u00fcsimus on see, kuidas pakkuda isikliku s\u00f5iduauto kasutamisele t\u00f5siseltv\u00f5etav alternatiiv, kasutades \u00e4ra Tallinna regiooni r\u00f6\u00f6bastranspordi potentsiaali ja sidudes eri liikumisviisid h\u00e4stitoimivaks tervikuks. Oma t\u00f6\u00f6ga soovib Kaidi parandada linnakeskkonna kvaliteeti k\u00f5igi jaoks. Ta on \u00fcks Putukav\u00e4ila autoritest ning tema t\u00f6\u00f6 toetab rohetaristu integreerimist linnaplaneerimisse. Samuti seisab Kaidi selle eest, et linnat\u00e4navad oleksid enamad kui vaid transpordikoridorid.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etis.ee\/CV\/Paco-ernest_Ulman\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paco-Ernest Ulman<\/a> on arhitekt ja Tallinna Linnaplaneerimise Ameti ruumiloome osakonna arhitekt-linnaplaneerija. Tema t\u00f6\u00f6 keskendub ruumiliste visioonidokumentide loomisele, mille n\u00e4ideteks on Putukav\u00e4il, Tallinna lennujaama ja \u00dclemiste City ruumiline visioon ning Kristiine liikuvuss\u00f5lm. Meetod toetab koduasumite koost\u00f6ist arendamist, kaasates protsessi nii planeerijad kui ka elanikud ja selgitades nende tegelikke vajadusi. Meetod r\u00f5hutab kohaliku konteksti olulisust, et muuta teenused, h\u00fcved ja sotsiaalse suhtluse v\u00f5imalused l\u00e4hipiirkonnas k\u00e4ttesaadavaks. Sellest p\u00f5him\u00f5ttest l\u00e4htumine tugevdab kogukonna kerksust jalak\u00e4idavuse, kohaliku majanduse ja kestlike k\u00e4itumisharjumuste juurdumise toetamise kaudu.
