Kuna eestlased olid p\u00f5listest aegadest p\u00f5lluharijad, oli ka nende p\u00f5hiline toit valmistatud teraviljast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;font-family: verdana, geneva;font-size: small\">Kogu maarahva igap\u00e4evane elu k\u00e4is <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.6em;font-family: verdana, geneva;font-size: small\">leiva<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;font-family: verdana, geneva;font-size: small\">\u00a0\u00fcmber. Eestlaste\u00a0 p\u00f5line eluase, rehielamu,\u00a0 kujunes nii suuremahuliseks just seet\u00f5ttu, et\u00a0 inimestega \u00fche katuse alla pidi\u00a0 mahtuma ka viljakuivatamine, rehepeks ja\u00a0 leivak\u00fcpsetamine. Kaunviljadest s\u00f6\u00f6vad herneid, ube, l\u00e4\u00e4tsi. Peatoiduks on aga <strong>rukkileib<\/strong>, rammus, kosutav, toitev ja tervislik. Selline leib ja veel piima v\u00f5i \u00f5lut sinna juurde moodustab tihti s\u00f6\u00f6gikorra. Armastavad soolatud v\u00f5i kuivatatud kala, mida k\u00fcpsetatakse tulel, aga armastatakse ka v\u00e4rsket kala. Kala tagavarad on mitmeks kuuks. T\u00e4iendust leitakse metsast ulukite, lindude, marjade ja seente n\u00e4ol<\/em>. \u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">Kuna Eesti talupoeg tegi rasket f\u00fc\u00fcsilist t\u00f6\u00f6d, olid tema toidulaulal vajalikud suure energiasisaldusega <strong>rammusad toidud<\/strong>:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">rasvane soolane kala, n\u00e4iteks heeringas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">rasvane liha, n\u00e4iteks seapekk;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">tangupuder;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">j\u00e4medast jahust rukkileib;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">v\u00f5i ja p\u00e4hklid.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">19. sajandi keskpaigas toimunud talurahvareform parandas meie\u00a0 esivanemate toitumisolusid ja hakkas v\u00e4lja kujunema t\u00e4naseks tuntud\u00a0 Eesti<strong> talupoja- ehk rahvusk\u00f6\u00f6k<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\"><strong>Hea teada ehk k\u00fclastussoovitus Eestis:<\/strong><br>Toiduhuvilisel turistile, kes soovib talupojak\u00f6\u00f6gi p\u00f5hitoidu\u00a0ehk leivaga seonduvat\u00a0proovida, tasub k\u00fclastada\u00a0j\u00e4rgmisi sihtkohti:<br><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">1) L\u00e4\u00e4ne-Virumaal asuvat <strong>Palmse m\u00f5isa Moonamaja. <\/strong><\/span>K\u00fclastaja saab seal ise leivataignast leivap\u00e4tsi vormida ja hiljem oma vormitud ahjusooja leiva suveniiriks kaasa v\u00f5tta.\u00a0Lisaks saab talut\u00f6\u00f6de valikust v\u00f5id teha, villa kraasida ja kedrata,\u00a0proovida lehma l\u00fcpsta\u00a0ning\u00a0k\u00e4sitsi rehepeksu ehk viljapeast terade v\u00e4ljapeksmist.<br><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">2) Tartumaal asuvat <strong>Eesti P\u00f5llumajandusmuuseumit.<\/strong> K\u00fclastaja saab seal ise leivataignast leivap\u00e4tsi vormida ja hiljem oma vormitud ahjusooja leiva suveniiriks kaasa v\u00f5tta. Lisaks saab tutvuda Eesti p\u00f5llumajanduse ja maaelu arenguga\u00a0muinasajast kuni t\u00e4nap\u00e4eva kaasaegse tehnoloogiani. <br>3)\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">Valgamaal asuvat <strong>Rukkirestorani.<\/strong> Rukkirestoran asub Sangaste Rukki majas. Sealse restorani kokad on kasutanud rukist men\u00fc\u00fcs pakutavates toitudes.
