K\u00f5igepealt natsionaliseeriti ehk riigistati suuremad ja\u00a0 keskmise taseme restoranid. Paljud restoranid muudeti kinniseks ning\u00a0 restoranipidajad nagu ka paljud senised kliendid k\u00fc\u00fcditati Venemaa sisemaale v\u00f5i\u00a0Siberisse.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"wsite-multicol\">\n<div class=\"wsite-multicol-table-wrap\" style=\"margin: 0px -15px\">\n<table class=\"table table-hover\">\n<tbody>\n<tr class=\"wsite-multicol-tr\">\n<td class=\"wsite-multicol-col\" style=\"padding: 0px 15px;width: 44.48%\">\n<div class=\"paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\"><\/span>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">Tallinna restoranikultuur h\u00e4\u00e4bus, s\u00f6\u00f6miskultuur vaesustus. Rahvuslikud aastaaegadega seotud road kadusid t\u00e4iesti. Vene sada grammi viina sai restorani tavaliseks annuseks.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">T\u00e4navapilti ilmusid\u00a0kalja m\u00fc\u00fcvad autod ja gaseeritud vee automaadid (pildil). K\u00f5ik lauad olid reserveeritud gruppidele ja grupis reisijatel tasus s\u00f6\u00f6giaegadest kinni pidada, kui s\u00fc\u00fca taheti. Kaetud hommikus\u00f6\u00f6gilauas pakuti teed, leiba, keedetud muna ja vorsti. Salatit asendas petersellinutt ja konservid, v\u00e4rskeid puuvilju ei olnud. L\u00f5una ajal ei tasunud pirtsutada. Lauda toodi seda, mis gruppidele oli tellitud: supp, kana- v\u00f5i seapraad ja magustoit. Toit oli soomlase jaoks rasvane ja soolane, aga kahtlemata parim, mis nendes oludes saada oli.<br><\/em><\/span> <em><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;font-size: small\">Restoranis tegutses ka rahvusroogade saal, mille ajalugu j\u00e4i k\u00fcll \u00fc\u00fcrikeseks. Ilmselt olid suure saali toidud turistide meelest piisavalt rahvuslikud ja eksootilised.
