The registration deadline was June 15, 2024.<\/p>\n

The conference fee includes the following: coffee\/tea breaks, excursion at the welcome reception venue, welcome reception and gala dinner.<\/p>\n

You can book your accommodation via the registration form<\/a> (Hotel Dorpat) or book the hotel independently; for options, see https:\/\/visittartu.com\/stay<\/a>.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION TERMS<\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0 All cancellations must be sent in written way to the Conference Secretariat: tartumvs@ut.ee<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0 The following refund policy applies in case of cancellation:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • \u00a0 100% of the participation fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received before May 15th, 2024 (excl. bank transfer fees);<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0 50% of the participation fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received from May 15th to May 31st, 2024 (excl. bank transfer fees);<\/li>\n
