On teada, et eksisteerib annus-efekt seos treeningu ja s\u00fcdame-veresoonkonna- ning \u00fcldsuremuse vahel \u2013 kehaliselt aktiivsetel esineb 20-30% v\u00e4hem ebasoodsaid tervises\u00fcndmusi v\u00f5rreldes istuva eluviisiga isikutega.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKehalise aktiivsuse soovituste juurde on lisatud ka soovituste klassid (tabel 4) ja t\u00f5endusp\u00f5hisuse tase (tabel 5).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Tabel 4.
