Kehaliste koormuste m\u00f5ju organismile s\u00f5ltub selle kestusest, intensiivsusest ja sagedusest. Treeningu all m\u00f5istetakse kehaliste koormuste plaanip\u00e4rast ja pikaajalist rakendamist. Muutused, mis treeningu toimel organismis aset leiavad, on reeglina erinevaid organs\u00fcsteeme arendavad ja v\u00f5ivad olla v\u00e4ga ulatuslikud. Tuleb aga arvestada, et kehalisele v\u00f5imekusele mittevastava koormusega ja avastamata terviseprobleemidega treenimise tagaj\u00e4rjel v\u00f5ivad tekkida t\u00f5sised tervisekahjustused.
