The internship has been completed, so now it is time to focus on the following activities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Analyze what you accomplished according to <\/span><\/span><\/span>STARR method<\/a> (activity in <\/span><\/span><\/span>Moodle<\/a>).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Bring forth your strengths and weaknesses, as from these, you will learn the most.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Ask your <\/span><\/span><\/span>supervisor for a written feedback<\/a> and ask them to provide constructive criticism.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Give feedback<\/a> about the organization of the internship.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Please finish these three activities within two months<\/strong> after the end of your internship.<\/p>\n

    As the internship has been completed, now it is time to reflect and ask whether you contributed enough to be pleased with yourself and if you can tell that you have DEVELOPED yourself.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    If you answered \u201cyes,\u201d you can be pleased with yourself and consider how to move forward. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    If you answered \u201cno,\u201d you should consider what went wrong.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
