Tartu Model United Nations(TartuMUN) is back for 2019 and this year the event will take place from 18 April to 21 April.
Tartu Model United Nations is organised by the Society of International Relations at University of Tartu, a student non-profit, which connects students interested in diplomacy and foreign affairs.
This year’s conference will focus on „Sustainable development in the Middle-East“. The four-day conference will discuss over the development in the Middle-East, status of World Heritage Sites, the controversies within its societies as well as the domestic and foreign challenges faced by this region.

The NASA Space Apps Challenge 2018 is a two-days international hackathon that occurs in cities around the world, on the wekend 19.-21. of October, globally coordinated by NASA. It is an annual event that pulls citizens together regardless of their background or skill level. Coders, scientists, designers, storytellers, makers, builders, technologists, and everyone enthusiastic about curiosity come together to address challenges we face on Earth and in space. The Department of Geography, jointly with Tartu Observatory and the Institute of Computer Science, will be hosting as one the many international event locations.
