You are cordially invited to the 7th Baltic Electrochemistry Conference (BEChem 2018) held in Tartu, Estonia on November 4-7, 2018. The meeting will be hosted by the Institute of Chemistry at University of Tartu. The scientific program of BEChem 2018 will focus on the application of novel operando methods for development of interfacial electrochemistry as well as finding new employment for prominent electrochemical measurement methods.

This is a practice-oriented on-line course on validation of analytical methods, specifically using LC-MS as technique. The course introduces the main concepts and mathematical apparatus of validation, covers the most important method performance parameters and ways of estimating them. The course contains lectures, practical exercises and numerous tests for self-testing.

This is an introductory course on measurement uncertainty estimation, specifically related to chemical analysis. The course gives the main concepts and mathematical apparatus of measurement uncertainty estimation and introduces two principal approaches to measurement uncertainty estimation – the bottom-up and top-down approach. The course contains lectures, practical exercises and numerous tests for self-testing.
